Application Instructions
Every adult must complete a separate application. You may fax, email or mail your application back (address/fax number included on the application). Also include a copy of your driver's license, proof of income, and if applicable, a copy of your Section 8 voucher.
$25.00 application fee per family. Deposits may place a hold on the property, and will be returned to you if your application is denied. Deposits normally equal one month's rent. Credit issues and past evictions can usually be worked with. Additional charges for water usage will be billed.
The following breeds of dogs cannot be allowed. This list was created by the Landlords Insurance company and affects the Landlords ability to get insurance on the property. We understand that you dog may have a gentle personality, but we cannot make any exceptions.
Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Rottweller, Doberman Pincer
RENTAL APPLICATIONS CAN BE FOUND ON THE TENANT PAGE OF THIS WEB SITE. We need a signed application per adult, along with a copy of your id, and proof of income. Your application can be mailed or faxed and these instructions are found at the bottom of the first page of the application.
